How It Works
Up North is a dynamic, purpose-driven organization focused on celebrating and preserving the unique culture, nature, and spirit of the North. They needed a digital presence that was not only visually immersive but also deeply aligned with their mission of engaging communities and telling authentic stories.
Our role was to develop a platform that could showcase rich multimedia content, events, and initiatives while maintaining an approachable and accessible feel. Working hand in hand with the Up North creative team, we built a design system rooted in earthy tones, bold typography, and engaging interactive features. The goal was to make the website a storytelling platform where visitors could feel connected to the North’s landscapes and people.
We prioritized user-centered design principles, fast-loading performance, and accessibility standards to ensure that the website worked beautifully across all devices, including areas with lower bandwidth.
